By accessing or using lazee.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

We reserve the right to revise these terms to reflect feature updates, legal requirements, or platform modifications. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

When creating an account on lazee.dev, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your account:

• Keeping your authentication tokens and login passwords secure.
• Ensuring submitted information is truthful and accurately represents your experience. This includes your job preferences, such as where you are authorized to work and whether you need visa sponsorship, which lazee.dev uses to answer screening questions for you.
• Notifying support immediately upon discovering any unauthorized account usage.

Our Chrome and Firefox browser extensions work on supported job boards and applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters and others) automatically, and on other sites, such as Workday or a company's own careers page, once you switch them on, to help you fill in applications:

Express Fill, Cold DM, the AI ATS rescore (with or without the AI polish of the tailored resume), multi-resume storage and attaching resume builder resumes from the extension require a Pro subscription, or a Pro Pass on the free plan (one pass unlocks one saved resume for 30 days, edits included, during which it attaches as often as you like; the pass is given back if the file can't be put in the page's upload field, when that happens within 10 minutes and up to 3 times in 24 hours); matching resume builder resumes in the extension's ATS tab is free on every plan; saving a polished tailored resume to your profile requires Pro:

• Tailored Resume: The offline tailored resume under the ATS match score is free and uses no credits. “Also polish my tailored resume with AI” adds 4 credits to the AI rescore's 6 (10 credits in total) on lazee.dev AI, or 0 credits with your own AI provider or a local model; on the free plan the rescore, polished or not, uses one Pro Pass. “Remake” and “Use this resume instead” are free; “Rewrite with AI” on an AI-tailored resume rewrites only the resume again, without a new rescore, for 4 credits on lazee.dev AI or 0 credits with your own AI provider or a local model; on the free plan it uses one Pro Pass. “Save to profile” is offered only on an AI-tailored resume and only to Pro members; the saved PDF counts toward the Pro plan's 10 resume slots and can't be saved when they are full. In the lazee.dev Agent (lazee.dev/agent), the resume card makes the offline tailored resume for free; its AI-tailored version runs only when you ask for it (the card's “Make the AI version”, which asks in a new message, or asking the agent for the AI version), needs Pro or one Pro Pass on the free plan, and costs 4 credits on lazee.dev AI or 0 credits on your own AI provider. Reopening a chat builds its resume again for free, the AI version from its saved rewrite without a new charge or Pro Pass; it uses your profile as it is then. Adding or removing a skill with the card's keyword chips rebuilds that resume for free on every plan, with no credits and no Pro Pass, on the AI version too (without a new AI rewrite); only add skills you really have. Once built, the card shows that resume's offline ATS score for free (scored again after every keyword change); its “Check with AI” runs only when you tap it, needs Pro or one Pro Pass on the free plan and costs 6 credits on lazee.dev AI or 0 credits on your own AI provider each time, including “Check again” after a keyword change. The AI check of your fit (your profile or an attached resume) is offered in the agent only when you ask for it, and works the same way: only from its button, Pro or one Pro Pass, 6 credits on lazee.dev AI or 0 on your own provider. The agent's resume card also has “Save to profile” for Pro members, on the offline and the AI version alike: the saved PDF takes one of the Pro plan's 10 resume slots and one of its 100 monthly resume uploads, and the button is shown only while both have room and the resume that card saved isn't still on your profile in the same version (a keyword change after saving brings the button back, and saving again stores a new copy).
• lazee.dev Agent on lazee.dev AI: When the agent runs on lazee.dev AI instead of your own key, each message you send costs 1 credit, however many steps its reply takes, and is refunded when no model answers. Each job search costs 1 credit for each job it returns, up to 6, and 1 credit when nothing matches; a next page of results is a new search, and opening one job is free. A search needs 6 credits to start: they are held while it runs and the unused ones are returned right after. A message can be up to 10,000 characters on the free plan and 30,000 on Pro. Without enough credits the agent won't send; you can switch to your own key at any time. Its replies come from free third-party models that can be wrong, change or be unavailable: check job details, fit scores and resumes before you rely on them.
• Resume Builder: The resume builder (lazee.dev/resume-builder) is free on every plan, including all templates, the live preview and PDF downloads, and you can use it without an account (the resume then stays in your browser only). A free account saves up to 100 resumes and Pro up to 1,000; a draft you made before signing in counts once you save it, and so does each copy made with Duplicate, while saving changes to a saved resume doesn't. Edits reach your account only when you press Save: until then they are kept in your browser only and are lost if you discard them or clear the browser's data. At the limit you can delete your oldest resume to save a new one, only after you confirm, or delete others in My resumes. If you have more than your plan keeps (for example after Pro ends), your resumes stay, but you need to delete some before you can save a new one. The AI section editor needs Pro: a Pro Pass doesn't unlock it. Each edit costs 1 credit on lazee.dev AI, refunded when no model answers, or 0 credits on your own AI provider; an instruction can be up to 2,000 characters. Importing a resume (a PDF up to 10 MB, of which the first 6 pages are read, or pasted text) is free; “Fix with AI” on an import needs Pro (a Pro Pass doesn't unlock it) and costs 4 credits on lazee.dev AI, refunded when no model answers, or 0 credits on your own AI provider. Loading an import replaces the open resume's content; Undo brings it back until you leave the page, and Save then overwrites that saved resume. You can upload your own font (TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2, up to 5 MB a file): it stays in the browser you upload it in and is embedded in the PDFs you download there, so only upload fonts you have the right to embed in a document. In other browsers, and in the PDFs our servers build for the extension, that resume is set in the built-in font you picked. The job match needs the free extension and uses no credits.
• Billing: Pro is billed monthly or yearly, plus applicable taxes, through our merchant of record (Dodo Payments). It renews automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from Manage Subscription and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Credits: AI credits are a monthly allowance, refreshed every 30 days (200 on the free plan for accounts signed in with Google or a Gmail address; 10,000 on Pro, including yearly Pro). Unused credits do not roll over, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. When Pro ends, your balance returns to the free allowance.
• Pro Passes & Referrals: Pro Passes are earned by referring friends who sign up and install the extension. One pass covers one use of a Pro feature on the free plan (for resume builder resumes in the extension, one pass unlocks one resume for 30 days), except the resume builder's AI section editor and Fix with AI on an imported resume, which need Pro. A pass spent on a run that fails at your own AI provider, or on a resume builder resume that can't be put in the page's upload field, is refunded when that happens within 10 minutes, up to 3 refunds in 24 hours across all features. Passes expire with the free credit refresh and have no cash value. Rewards from fake, duplicate or self-made accounts may be removed.
• Refunds: Credits and active billing cycles are generally non-refundable once consumed, except where mandated by local consumer regulations.
• Price Changes: We will tell you before a price change, and it applies from your next billing period.
• Fair Use: Pro plans include generous limits designed for active job search workflows while preventing automated abuse.

• AI Answers & Messages: AI-generated answers, cold messages and suggestions, and answers filled in from your profile and job preferences, can be wrong or incomplete. Review everything before you submit or send it; you are responsible for what you submit, and it must truthfully represent your background.
• ATS Match Score: The match score and the AI rescore are estimates based on your lazee.dev profile, your job preferences and the job description. Warnings about location, work authorization or visa sponsorship are read from the job description's wording and may miss or misread a requirement; check the posting yourself. The score is not produced by, or affiliated with, any employer's applicant tracking system and does not predict whether you will be shortlisted or hired. The salary check reads pay from the job description's wording and converts other currencies at approximate daily exchange rates, so it may misread or misstate an offer; confirm pay with the employer.
• Tailored Resume: The tailored resume is generated from your own profile data and the job description, by a fixed layout offline or, if you choose the polish, by an AI rewrite that is told to add nothing your profile doesn't show. Either version may still reorder, shorten or drop lines to fit one page, or word something in a way you wouldn't, so read it before you download, attach, save or send it. You are responsible for every resume you submit, and it must truthfully represent your background.
• Resume Builder: Your first draft is filled in from your profile, and everything after that is what you write. The AI section editor rewrites only the section you ask about and is told to add nothing your profile or that section doesn't show, but it can still get things wrong, so read its version before you accept it. An imported resume is read by rules, and optionally fixed by AI told to use only what your file says; either can misplace or miss something, so check it before you use it. Tailoring to a job changes only what you confirm, and “Fit to 1 page” changes only spacing, text size and margins. You are responsible for every resume you download, save or send, and it must truthfully represent your background.
• Job Board Listings: Listings on lazee.dev/careers come from companies' public career pages and are refreshed every few hours, so a job may have changed or closed. Pay is the employer's posted range, read automatically for the salary filter; amounts shown in another currency are converted at the day's exchange rate and are approximate. Apply on the employer's own site; lazee.dev is not part of any hiring decision.
• Saved Jobs & Preference Filters: You can save up to 300 jobs. A saved job disappears when the company takes the posting down, so keep your own copy of anything you need. “Use my preferences” filters with the board's automatic role, level and region tags, which may be inaccurate, so it can hide some relevant jobs or show some that don't fit.
• Your Own AI Provider (BYOK): When you connect your own AI key or model, that provider's terms and charges apply to those requests.

You agree not to:

• Use lazee.dev to send spam or mass, unreviewed applications, or to submit false information about yourself.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download lazee.dev, including the job board. For programmatic access to job data, use the Jobs API.
• Get around credits, plan limits, Pro checks or rate limits, or tamper with the extension or our servers to do so.
• Create multiple or fake accounts to collect free credits or Pro Passes.
• Attack, overload or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

lazee.dev is provided “as is” and “as available”. Job sites change often, so we cannot promise that every field on every form will be detected or filled correctly, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that using it will lead to an interview or a job.

To the extent the law allows, lazee.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it.

We may suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, break these terms or abuse API boundaries. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through support at [email protected].

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
